Leonard Henry Woolsey

Leonard Henry Woolsey, age 83, passed away in Thornton, Colorado on March 12, 2018.

He was the eldest son of Leonard Lee and Mary Evelyn Woolsey, born on October 13, 1934 in Ansley, Nebraska.  Leonard graduated High School in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and enlisted into the military where he honorably served in the US Army from January 1954 to December 1956.

Leonard was preceded in death by his daughter, Ann Smith of Colorado and is survived by his wife, Jacqui Woolsey of Grand Junction, Colorado; daughters, Jean Burton of Colorado, Donna Mata of Kentucky, Betty Deal of Colorado; and sons, Leonard James Woolsey of Arizona and Michael Woolsey of Kentucky.  Leonard was blessed with three generations of grandchildren and will be missed by family & friends.

Services and interment will be conducted at 9:15 on Monday morning, March 19, 2018 at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area C.
