Donna Lee Krejsa

On the evening of January 31, 2022, Donna Lee Krejsa of Cleveland passed away surrounded by loved ones at the age of 81. Donna was born to Arlie and Frances Noffsinger in 1940. In June 1960 she married John Krejsa and together raised five children. Donna is preceded in death by her husband John. Donna will be forever cherished by her children, Martin (Jan), David (Gina), Daniel, Christine (Chris) and Mark (Kate). Donna loved to spend time with her grandchildren, Joey, Sarah, Alyssa, Kayla, Grace & Robert, and great-grandchildren, Joseph, Leo, Oliver, Bobby & Kaylee.

Donna was known for her endless support, kind spirit and fun-loving attitude. She always believed in her children and never counted anyone out. She was a shining example of a mother and grandmother; no one made better Halloween costumes or could pull together better last-minute school projects. Parties and vacations were always memorable when she added her special touch. She was very active in her community as a Wine and Cheese Festival volunteer, Girl Scout leader and Chester Township Fire Department Women’s Auxiliary member to name a few. She was loved by all, and many kids became her “adopted” children and grandchildren. The JFK Senior Center had a special place in her heart where she met many lifelong friends and fell in love with ceramics. If you were to visit her children’s homes, you would see her crafts on display such as the best permanent Christmas decorations in all of Florida. She was Santa’s best helper, creating festive and magical holidays.

Donna will be dearly missed but we are all grateful that we were able to share her love.

We are planning a celebration of life for Donna this coming Spring.
